Become a mentor

Give an hour a month to someone coming up. You choose what you'll help with and how you like to connect — we only make the first introduction. Members and non-members both welcome.
By listing, you agree we can show your name, shop, and what you'll help with, and you agree to our Code of Conduct. Mentoring is offering your time for a conversation — it's not employment and creates no obligation to hire or be hired. Your email stays private and is only used to pass along a request. Want off the list later? Email aloha@indieagency.news.
Members: talk shop with your peers

A private board where independent-agency people trade candid help on the hard stuff — pricing a retainer, a tough brief, a big pitch. Members only.

The full suite

The Commons is one room in a much bigger house.

Membership opens the rest of it: expert feedback on your work through QuickCoach, the member Directory, Blueprint reports, the job board, live events, and a concierge Front Desk that points you to the right thing. Built for independent agencies, by people who run one.
