Welcome to Indie HQ. Here's how to use it.

Everything Indie Agency News has built for independent agencies, in one place. This is the quick tour — what's here, and how to get the most from it.

First things first

Getting in — and bringing your team.

Indie HQ is open to everyone at your agency — there are no seats and no passwords. Anyone with a work email at your agency's domain can sign in, and we check your membership automatically.

STEP 1

Go to the sign-in page

Head to the Indie HQ login — bookmark it while you're there.

STEP 2

Enter your work email

Use your agency address. We verify your membership at the domain level — nothing to set up, no password.

STEP 3

Tap the link we email you

One tap and you're in. Everyone on your team signs in exactly the same way.

4 moves to start with

If you do nothing else this week, do these.

Just tell us what you need

What are you trying to do?

Find your move fast. You've already done the hard part — running the agency. Our whole job is to lower the friction, not add to it.

The shortcut: the Front Desk.

Not sure which of these fits? Don't overthink it. Type what you need right here — a real person reads it and either routes it or just handles it. An actual front desk, staffed by actual people.

Got news to share?
A campaign, a hire, an award, a milestone — send it to the Front Desk. If it's a story, we'll cover it, or build a show around it.
Pitching a press release to the trades?
Drop your pitch into QuickCoach — we send back a sharpened version and a results page with the rewrites.
Got a strong opinion or a hot topic?
Tell the Front Desk — we'll often build a show around it (video, LinkedIn Live). You've got the take; we handle the production.
Want feedback before it ships?
Run your website, messaging, op-ed, or award entry through QuickCoach for a score and specific fixes.
Hiring? Got an open role?
Post it free on Indie Agency Jobs — just send us the link.
Wrestling with churn, pricing, comp, or AI?
Read the relevant Indie Blueprint — real playbooks and tools drawn from IAN's live summits and sessions.
Posted something great on LinkedIn?
We already track member posts via Indie Spin — but flag it to the Front Desk so we don't miss it.
Need vetted help you don't do in-house?
Browse Preferred Partners — media, data, measurement, finance, legal, social, talent. When there's a fit, we make the warm intro.
Want to talk to other indie people?
Jump into the community (the Indie Commons). Post a win, ask the room. Every voice is a real, verified person.
Want to enter awards or see the best work?
Explore IAN Top 40 — the year's best independent work, people, and agencies.
Coming to the Summit?
Portland, April 13, 2027. $99 holds your seat at today's rate; members get 25% off the balance, and you can swap names later.
Not sure where to go?
That's exactly what the Front Desk is for. Tell us in plain words; we take it from there.
