Tool 01

How exposed is your agency?

A 3-minute check-up on how ready your agency is to handle AI legally. Answer 15 quick questions. Get a score, a plain-English verdict, and a priority list of what to fix first.

What this is
A self-assessment built from Paavana Kumar’s framework. You rate your agency on 15 items across three areas: the paperwork, your people, and your records.
How to answer
Each question uses a 1–5 scale. Just be honest — this is for you, not a regulator.
1 Not at all — we haven’t started 2 Barely — a few informal habits, nothing documented 3 Partway — we’ve started but it’s inconsistent 4 Mostly — solid, with a few gaps 5 Fully in place — documented, followed, reviewed
What you’ll get
A score in each area (Strong / Watch / Priority), a clear next-step recommendation, and buttons to print, copy, or email the results to your team.
↓ Start with the first question below. Your score updates live.

Tool 02

Agentic or Generative?

Before you deploy an AI tool on client work, figure out which category it falls into. The contract language, audit cadence, and human-in-the-loop requirements are different for each. Answer four questions about the tool you’re evaluating.

Tool 03

Pre-Deployment Testing Checklist

The step most agencies skip. Before any agentic tool touches client work, run it through these tests in a closed environment. Document every failure mode in your audit log.

Tool 04

AI Usage Log Template

The minimum viable audit trail. Download a CSV starter, drop it into Airtable, Notion, or a Google Sheet, and start logging today. Imperfect logs beat no logs every time.
