Nightmare Before Christmas Special Edition Soundtrack

The Who, ‘Endless Wire’

The New Amstersdams re-record 4 songs [Vagrant News]

The New Amsterdams have posted 4 brand new versions of old songs on their myspace page.

I love this band. I am partial to “Worse for the Wear”, but I like nearly everything they have put out. I don’t know how well they sell in comparison to the Get Up Kids, but it seems that somewhere throughout the Get Up Kids ending, the momentum for all things Matt Pryor seems to have slowed.

Lifetime Post New Song

One of my favorite all time bands who recently reunited, Lifetime, have just posted a new song (All Night Long) from their upcoming 2 song seven inch on Decaydance. This is their first new material in 10 years. Personally, it settled my nerves a bit to hear this song as I don’t think its bad at all. I’d love to hear others thoughts though.

Listen to All Night Long on the Lifetime Purevolume page.
